Microsoft adExcellence certification program launches

I have been waiting for this since summer. Microsoft has finally launched their certification program similar to Yahoo and Google
The difference between the Microsoft’s accreditation program and the others is the training is free and it appears to be no charge or minimum advertising spend to go thru the materials and take the test.
The Yahoo program requires $50 to take the training materials and subsequently the testing. This program is currently broken as you can take the test and get a certificate but I have been waiting for months to get my personalized URL to put on my website for others to verify my Yahoo certification
The Google certification on the other hand requires spending $1000 over 90 days plus passing the test to get your certification.
